Childhood Vaccinations
Last Updated: Friday, 10 November 2023Routine childhood immunisations in preschool children are usually given by our Practice Nurse Amanda.
You will be contacted by our administrator Michelle to book your child's immunisations when they are due.
Other vaccinations for children are usually given at school.
If your child has received any immunisations abroad please provide us with a copy of the paperwork by either:
- Emailing a clear image of it to changemydetails.seftonpark@nhs.net and marking it for the attention of Michelle
- Bringing it to the surgery and asking for Michelle
